Make it a better life
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make the process feel as comfortable as possible. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to what feels right for you.
I work with individuals aged 16 and older, offering in-person sessions in London, Ontario, as well as online therapy across Ontario.
Most sessions are 60 minutes, with extended sessions when appropriate.
I support individual’s and couples feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by patterns that no longer feel helpful. Some of the areas I commonly work with include:
Support with overwhelm, procrastination, emotional regulation, rejection sensitivity, and finding strategies that work with your brain rather than against it.
Rebuilding routines, reconnecting with what brings meaning, and finding steadier ground when things feel heavy or discouraging.
Support and developing a stronger sense of self, building self trust, and moving away from self criticism and self doubt. This work focusses on understanding your needs, values, and patterns toward meeting yourself with greater compassion.
Learning to set limits, say no without guilt, and build relationships that feel more reciprocal and respectful.
Through a trauma-informed approach, including EMDR when appropriate, we work at a pace that feels safe and grounding, with a focus on reducing distress and increasing a sense of stability, regulation and choice.
Work with couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in recurring patterns. Couples therapy offers space to slow things down, improve communication, and strengthen emotional connection in ways that feel respectful and supportive.
Life changes can feel unsettling, even when they are expected. Support through transitions related to relationships, work, identity, health, or family roles, helping you navigate change with greater clarity and confidence.
My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy, while keeping sessions flexible, relational, and human. I am trauma informed and neurodiversity affirming, and I pay attention to how your experiences, relationships, and nervous system shape what you are going through.
There is no one size fits all approach. Therapy is not about fixing you because you are not broken. It is about understanding what has been getting in the way, building on your strengths, and finding new ways to move forward that feel more aligned.
Therapy with me is collaborative and supportive. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in.
